We want to relocate our office to another location, what can you do for us?

In our first visit to your business, we can determine what is required to relocate the business communications needs. This includes all the connections such as telephone lines and services for internet, voice and data. We figure out how much work is required in the new office and then provide relevant pricing and information to meet your requirements. We consult with your service providers and arrange for the relocation of all the services, which may cover upgrades or simple relocations, whatever works best for you. We arrange for the removal and reinstallation of all necessary hardware and software necessary, as it's important to minimise the downtime through strong project management.

Can you do the cabling for all our services?

Yes, we perform all the cabling and prepare your office or workstation for voice and data outlets. We also have reliable electricians to install the power required for the work area.

Are you able to train our staff on the new phone system?

Yes, we install Alcatel Lucent business systems and provide adequate training for staff upon completion. We will teach them how to make full use of the new phone system and provide documentation for further support.

Can you provide a wireless solution for our office?

With technology moving at such a fast pace currently, there are a lot of wireless systems available to meet your voice and data needs. Alcatel-Lucent also provides wireless DECT and apps for mobile phones that integrate with your phone system and provide flexibility and ease of access to your work desktop and applications.
