    We have an online assistance portal and also assist customers over the phone. You can rely on our technicians who will attend to your office within one hour for all emergency and system down problems. Please call us for all faults and service inquiries.

  • Do you take away our unwanted and old hardware?

    Yes, if you require a clean up of your IT/comms room, let us know and we will arrange it in addition to our normal tidying up of wiring, patch cabinets and cabling. Plus, we always remove old and unwanted hardware.

  • What is the warranty period on the cabling?

    We provide a three-year warranty on cabling of voice and data points.

  • Can you install cabling for our computers?

  • We have new lines and data service tagged at the MDF, are you able to connect these services into our office?

    Yes, most of the service providers will connect your new services to the main distribution frame (MDF), which is considered the boundary of the property. We can connect these services from the MDF to your building, office or any multi-story building.

  • Do you have a license for cabling or any certifications?

    Yes, we are licensed and endorsed by BICSI for cabling installation of external and internal premises. We also hold KRONE designer cable and installer certifications.

  • Other SIP and VoIP Phone Systems

    Melbourne Telecom also offers the Grandstream PBX IP phone system range. There are no license fees and all system hardware includes a three-year warranty, ample SIP trunks and voicemail IVR capabilities. You can have up to 2000 SIP extensions with unlimited trunks and soft phones. The mobile-app driven systems are packed with other features and functions, including 3000 minutes for voicemail and auto-attendant.
